Payment:
Sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Attendance Policy:
Free cancellation/rescheduling up to 72 hours before a session.
Non-refundable cancellation/rescheduling within 72 hours before a session.
If you are going to be late and let me know we will have the remainder of the session, it cannot be extended.
If you have not shown for your session and 15 minutes has passed, I will assume you are not attending and take the session as a cancellation.
Please note that sessions fees are open to review and change at any point in time in line with economic and operating costs.
