West Cork Psychotherapy and Counselling

My private Psychotherapy and Counselling practice is located in Glengarriff, West Cork. I also work online (via Zoom).

I provide Therapy and Counselling to Adults (18+) and Adolescents (13-17).  

I have a particular expertise and interest in working with clients challenged by the following issues:

Therapy and counselling with me is always affirming of gender, identity, sex, sexuality, relationship and neuro diversities.

I am trained in many therapy approaches such as Psychotherapy, Counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I am an Accredited member of the IACP (M14474).

I also design and facilitate Mindfulness and Meditation courses for groups and organisations.
